The histiogenesis of the sclerosing hemangioma of the lung has not been conclusively established. Different theories of its origin were represented by a variety of terms used to describe similar lesions (xanthomatous pseudotumor, histiocytoma,

cell
granuloma, alveolar angioblastoma). A typical lesion clinically & histiologically of so-called "pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma" removed from the right upper lobe of a 25 year-old man. We discussed the clinical manifestation, microscopic
